ANDREW
O’NEILL
Quality EMDR and CBT therapy
BABCP Accredited
EMDR UK Accredited

ABOUT
I specialise in Eye-Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am an accredited EMDR therapist which means that I have completed over 300 hours of EMDR therapy and been signed off to say that I am doing EMDR in the correct way. If you would like to do EMDR please ensure you use an accredited EMDR therapist to ensure that it is of a high quality. I am also CBT accredited.
I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist and have treated over 1000 patients with various mental health disorders. I am aware that quality therapy can be hard to find which is why I am passionate about giving patients a positive experience of therapy. I achieve this by helping them understand WHY the problem has occurred and guiding them to make changes that will fix the problem long term. I love telling stories and analogies which help people to remember the lessons learned along the way. This approach has been extremely successful in helping my patients rediscover their ideal self.
I specialise in trauma treatment, PTSD, Depression, Worries, Phobias, OCD, Panic and many other disorders.
I am available for online therapy to anyone in the UK.

Most people in therapy suffer with some kind of anxiety. Getting to a new venue, fighting traffic, finding parking etc can all add to stress. I have found that people are able to get going with therapy quicker from the safety and comfort of their own home (especially if we are processing trauma). This is why I encourage online sessions over face-to-face.
“If a mechanic said that your car needs new Tyres, a full service and new brakes. It is going to cost £700. Would you pay it? How much more is your mental health worth than your car?”
